if an item is damaged in the mail, in order to recieve a a reaplcement you must first take a picture of the damaged box prior to opening the package. please make sure to inspect package thoroughly before opening. Then Submit Pictures of the damaged mug and proof of purchase and submit the information to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
